Lean Manufacturing

The Lebanon, Indiana plant is actively streamlining their manufacturing operation with the introduction of “Lean Manufacturing.” This initiative, while setting the pace for continuous improvement, has rapidly transformed the flow of product from start to finish. Furthermore, closed-loop processes have been interwoven into the manufacturing scheme to control product flow, inventory, and inefficiencies. The introduction of this concept has increased plant capacity and has improved on-time delivery performance, which has allowed us to reduce all lead-times to the market.
